My family have used Purtle Insurance for many years, across three generations and have always gotten the best service and the peace of mind knowing things will be taken care of. Brian and his staff are knowledgeable and always take the time to answer your questions or take you through the process so you’re not left in the dark. Highly recommend.

I am infinitely impressed with & by this local Allstate office. Mr. Purtle is......
I am infinitely impressed with & by this local Allstate office. Mr. Purtle is helpful, sincere, and most definitely courteous, as well as patient. My household and its vehicles, over time have always, ALWAYS been with this office. When I state always ….I mean 54 yrs and counting. Mr. Purtle’s employees do a superb job of taking care and assisting me, with any issue or problem which might possibly arise. When ever I have the chance I definitely try to tell others.
This review albeit commendation specifically applies solely to Brian Purtle’s local Allstate Insurance office(and its insurance policy offerings) on Richmond Rd, in Texarkana, Texas. It does -not- refer to any other local Allstate office, nor to the Allstate corporation itself, nor to its insurance offerings. Hopefully though I am insured through Allstate, a need re my claims experiences will seldom arise.
